Weel it is more than a year now and I am working hard. Psychotherapy has started is forcing me to reflect on my situation.

Life gets better

One year on
12 months ago today I had a heart attack. What an eventful year it has been.
I am back working full time.
Psychotherapy begins tomorrow.
In the current Annals of Internal medicine learnt that long term PPI use is not likely to increase my risk of community acquired pneumonia. This is reassuring! [see http://www.annals.org/cgi/content/abstract/149/6/391]
